In March of 2024, Todd Spinner announced he was about to retire from being Olentangy Berlin High School’s principal.  

   A few weeks later, Olentangy Berlin Principal from Johnstown Elementary, Mr. Ben Jagger was hired. He has a wife and three kids. He is from Indiana and graduated from Ball State.  For the three years before he was hired as an elementary school principal, he was an assistant principal at Olentangy Berlin.  

   He fills the shoes as the face of Olentangy Berlin. So far, he has promised to keep Olentangy Berlin great-spirited. Being a principal is a hard job. There is so much Mr.Jagger has to plan.  He is also in charge of disciplining misbehaving students. He also has to go to almost all of the sporting, band, club and theater events. He also does a lot of the hirings of teachers, athletic directors and coaches. 

   Being a principal is not for everyone, but it is for Mr.Jagger . He has a lot in common with Mr.Spinner. They Are both Notre Dame football fans. Even though he is similar, he is making his own mark.
