The 2026 Coachella music and arts festival delivered a mix of historic performances over the past two weekends in Indio, California, drawing tens of thousands of people and celebrities to enjoy. 

   Headlined by singers Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G, the festival was full of many moments, especially Karol G’s performance, which made history as the first Latina artist to headline the event.

   In a recent TikTok post by influencer Emma Chamberlin, she speaks about her thoughts on Coachella. “Coachella isn’t just a festival – it’s like stepping into a different world where everyone is just there to have fun and be themselves,” Chamberlain said. 

   Other performances through the weekend also included surprise guest appearances like famous artist SZA and Billie Eilish. Sabrina’s set had many celebrity cameos and a very Hollywood-style production. However, the festival also marked many disruptions. The high winds on the first night led to cancellations, and items blowing caused damage to the camp areas. 

   A separate incident occurred in the performance of DJ John Summit, which reportedly involved items of equipment that fell and injured at least one person, which prompted the shutdown of the stage for the night. 

    Many people who attended the event had voiced some complaints about high food prices and alleged illnesses linked to the festival vendors. The event had now been renamed online as “Pukechella”, but officials haven’t confirmed any official outbreak. Others had described the experience as intense due to large crowds and hot weather; big enough crowds were said to be unbearable and difficult to move through.

   Despite many of these setbacks, Coachella 2026 was still a major cultural event that brought many influencers, fashion, and music together.
