Many high school students’ days are filled with a lot of activities, come join in on my day as a junior in high school.
First, I wake up at 7:20 and get ready, then I eat a small breakfast. Usually this consists of fruits or a bar of some sort, the Nature Bakery brand is my favorite.
Next, I drive and head into the school with my friends where we go to our first class: DECA with Mr. Weaver. After that, I go to the rest of my classes and then head home around 1:45 PM.
I arrive at home, I eat lunch and then typically go and finish school work or go on a walk. Today, I had math homework for my calculus class to get ready for my upcoming test and then I had an assignment for my macroeconomic class.
Since the weather has been very nice recently, I went to lay out in the sun for a little bit then got ready for my lacrosse scrimmage against Bishop Watterson.
In my years as an Olentangy Berlin Lacrosse player we never played them before but a couple of my club teammates play there and since they are a private school they are usually very good.
Once I get ready, I make my way to the school again for our team meal on the way I pick up my neighbor.
The team meal today was Bibibop, my friends and I chatted, made some Tiktoks, and then started to lock in. The bus ride was full of energy, we played our pop music on the speakers.
When we arrived, the varsity team watched junior varsity, and then started to prepare for our game.
The varsity game was very close, but in the end, the Bears fell to the Eagles 10-13. Much closer than I thought it would be, but overall I was very happy with how we played.
After the bus ride back, we maintained a positive attitude and I went home, ate fruit and pickles because they help to avoid cramps in my legs.
At 10 pm I showered and read my book. Right now, I am reading Reminders of Him by Colleen Hoover. Finally, I went to bed around 11pm to get good sleep for the next day.
