Reese Manley is a junior at Berlin and this is her second year on The Bulletin staff. Along with writing for the Bulletin, she is one of the online editors for 3140news.com. She is involved in the Environmental club and Interact club. She is also an animal lover and competitive equestrian who loves to read in her spare time.
