   With summer on the horizon, there are many wonderful bands and artists that will be in Columbus for summer concerts and tours.

   Some of the many bands and artists that will be in Columbus are Louis Tomlinson, The Backseat Lovers, Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks, and Sir Chloe. 

   The first artist to cover that will be in Columbus is Louis Tomlinson on June 6, at 7 p.m.

   Tomlinson will be at  Kemba Live! located at 405 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215.

   Tomlinson will stop in Ohio as part of his world tour, “Faith in the Future”, which is titled after his most recent album. 

   Tomlinson first rose to fame in the popular boy band, One Direction, however, he now produces solo pop music with a fan base of around four million monthly Spotify listeners.

   “This album means everything to me, massive thank you to everyone involved and obviously a massive thank you to you the fans!” Tomlinson said in an Instagram post made on Nov 11, 2022. “Can’t wait to tour these songs.” 

   The next band that will be in Columbus is The Backseat Lovers on July 23, at 6 p.m. 

   The Backseat Lovers will also be at Kemba Live! as part of their “Waiting to Spill” world tour. 

   The Backseat Lovers is a relatively new alternative rock band that formed in Utah in 2018. The band consists of four members and they have over four million monthly listeners on Spotify. 

   The band will also be on tour with Bendigo Fletcher, which is another less commonly known musician. 

   “We’re so excited to share the stage with these amazing bands on the upcoming US/Canada and Summer tour,” Backseat Lovers said in an Instagram post on March 8. 

   Artists Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks will also be in Columbus on tour together. 

   The two will be in Columbus on Aug. 5, seven p.m. at the Ohio Stadium located at 411 Woody Hayes Dr, Columbus, OH, 43210.  

  Billy Joel is a popular American singer, songwriter, and pianist. He has a total of around 21 million monthly Spotify listeners and is commonly given the nickname, Piano Man, after the name of his signature and most popular song. 

   Stevie Nicks is also a popular American singer and songwriter and is known both for her work with the band Fleetwood Mac and for her solo work. 

   Nicks left Fleetwood Mac in 1990 and has since worked on her solo career, where she produced popular songs such as, “Edge of Seventeen,” “Edge of Midnight,” and “Leather and Lace.” 

   The last artist to cover that will be in Columbus is Sir Chloe, on Aug. 30, 7 p.m. at The Basement, located at 391 Neil Ave, Columbus, OH 43215.

   Sir Chloe will be in Ohio as part of their “I Am The Dog” tour, which is named after their new album that will be released on May 19. 

   Sir Chloe is a relatively new indie rock artist that started to release music in 2019, with their only current album being “Party Favors”. 

   They have around three million monthly Spotify listeners with some of their most popular songs being “Michelle,” “Animal,” and “Too Close.”
