Finding mental health resources

Mental health is talked about so much but many don’t make an effort to help those in need. If you’re someone who struggles with their mental health due to bullying, you are not alone. It can be so difficult to reach out for help, but recovery is always possible. Below are some helpful articles for when you aren’t sure where to go, and some resources that can be used in crisis situations (or even if you just need to talk).
