This week, I decided to take a little trip to Crumbl Cookie. I’ve only had it a couple times, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. If you’ve never had or heard of Crumbl, they have a variety of cookies, mini cheesecakes, brownies, and other sweet treats.
Crumbl had Confetti Milkshake, Pumpkin Cake Cookie, Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie, Cookies and Creme Cake ft.Oreo, Brownie Batter Cookie, Milk Chocolate Chip, and a mystery cookie. The mystery cookie is something new that they are doing. This is when the stores will all have that week’s lineup in addition to one or two mystery cookies when you order. At my location they also had Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cookie and Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie, both of which were from the previous week.
I always try to go to the location off of 36/37. They are very reliable. Their workers are always nice, their cookies always look like the picture, and it’s always a good environment. Right when I walked in, the staff said hello and helped me right away. I decided to order a six pack of mini cookies. If I go to Crumbl, I usually get this instead of the normal size six pack. In my opinion, you get more bang for your buck this way. In most locations, the price ranges from $10-15.99. In comparison, the normal six pack is around $22-$35.
I ordered Confetti Milkshake, Pumpkin Cake Cookie, Salted Caramel Cheesecake Cookie, Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie, and my mystery cookie was the Waffle Cookie.
The Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cookie had a chocolate cookies and creme base, with a light and refreshing strawberry mousse, and finished off with a drizzle of chocolate. Something I always appreciate with anything strawberry at Crumbl is the flavor tastes like actual strawberries, nothing artificial. The cookie is super dense, so paired with the light mousse it works perfectly. I would definitely get it again, and I would rate it about a 7.5 out of 10.
Next was the Pumpkin Cake Cookie. It had a thick pumpkin base, cream cheese frosting, and mini chocolate chips on top. I would have liked a couple more chocolate chips on top, and the pumpkin flavor was good, just a bit underwhelming. One thing I will note is the consistency of the cookie was very much like a cake, which of course was in the title, but I wasn’t really expecting it to be this way. I would rate it an 8/10. Perfect cookie for fall!
I then tried the cookie I was most excited for, the Salted Caramel Cheesecake cookie. It is a chilled cookie with a graham cracker base. The first layer of frosting is a creamy cheesecake flavor, and the second layer is a gooey caramel, all topped off with a pinch of sea salt. When taking the first bite, because it was so thick, you got a bite of everything. One thing I will say is that the caramel flavor is pretty prominent, in the best way. I’ll rate it a 7/10.
Next was the Confetti Milkshake. Now I wasn’t really expecting much, it seemed like it would be a bit bland, just because of all the vanilla. After seeing the presentation, my mind immediately changed. It is a vanilla sugar cookie rolled in rainbow sprinkles, vanilla frosting, and a bit of whipped cream to top it off. It was just such a pretty cookie. I don’t think the whipped cream was needed, as it didn’t really go great with the frosting as much as I would have liked it, but still overall, had a great flavor. I would rate it 6/10.
Following that was the Biscoff Ice Cream Cookie. The base cookie was a brown sugar cookie, with Biscoff (cookie butter) frosting, and crumbles of the Biscoff cookies. If you’ve ever had a Teddy Gram, that is exactly what the frosting tastes like, definitely a cinnamon flavor. It was almost a whipped topping, and the cookie was baked perfectly. The inside was nice and chewy and the outside was crisp. My definite favorite of the day. I would rate it a 9.5/10.
Lastly was the Waffle Cookie. It was a buttery cookie, with some vanilla buttercream, mimicking where you would put butter on an actual waffle. It also came with a side of maple syrup. Without the syrup the cookie was pretty plain, one thing they could’ve done to enhance the flavor was added some maple into the cookie. Other than that, it was a pretty solid cookie.
Overall, I would say this trip to Crumbl was a pretty successful and good experience. If you didn’t get a chance to go this week, that’s totally fine! They rotate their flavors, so if there was one that sounded particularly good to you, it’ll come back soon.
