With Thanksgiving right around the corner, the upcoming races are events that many look forward to.

The pre-feast race is something that’s a tradition for many and leaves people in anticipation of Thanksgiving. There are many fun options for races around Columbus and this article will serve as a helpful guide to help Bears not be overwhelmed by too many options.

  1. Chase Columbus Turkey Trot
    1.    One race that can be enjoyed on Thanksgiving Day is the Chase Columbus Turkey Trot. There are both 2.6 and five-mile races to choose from. The five-mile course will even run directly past the Ohio Stadium which will be full of action due to the OSU vs. Michigan game later that day. At the finish, everyone gets both a medal and a delicious piece of pumpkin pie.
