Lady Bears basketball kicks off the season with a scrimmage against Clear Fork High School on Nov. 9th. 

   The team played five quarters and came out ready to push the ball. They were looking forward to getting on the court for the first time with new head coach Brock Cunningham.

    “The best part about scrimmages is it helps you plan your next practice,” Cunningham said.

   There were many ups and downs throughout the night, but the Lady Bears stuck together and put in their best effort. This scrimmage was the first of four before they officially hit the court on Nov. 23 at Worthington Kilbourne ready to get after it.

   “It was great to be back on the court and we are looking forward to our next scrimmage on Saturday,” sophomore Mia Raines said.

   Come out and support the Lady Bears on Saturday Nov. 13th at Jonathan Alder at 1 p.m.
